Yes, we can design business cards and many other solutions for your business, such as logos, letterheads, and social media branding. If interested, we also offer the following solutions:

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via Bank Transfer, PayPal, WiPay, and Credit Card. Unfortunately, we do not facilitate cash payments at this time.
How do I get a quote for my design?
You can obtain a quote for your design when you submit a Graphic Design Request form. Upon submission, you will receive, via the email provided, a summary of your request and the quoted price. If the request is more elaborate than the typical request, our team will review your submission and send an adjusted quotation.
Do you do any last minute/quick designs?
Yes, we can do quick and rush designs, however, special conditions may apply based on the individual situation or request.
How long will my project take?
The time frame of each project will vary based on the intricacies of the design, the number of changes required, and the approval of the design among the client’s team. Designs can range from a couple of hours to a couple of days, and the job process inclusive of changes and approval can take from a couple of days to a couple of weeks at maximum.
Will I own the completed graphic design, or will you?
Once the design has been paid for in full, you will have the right to use the final product only and not the concepts developed along the way.
What’s the starting rate?
The rates for designs will vary based on the request. You can email us if you wish to get a price gauge for a specific design request.
How do you send final designs?
Final designs may be sent as a PDF, JPG, PNG, or EPS file via email to the email address provided in the request form.
Do you offer printing services?
No, we do not offer printing services. There is, however, a printery that we usually work with, or you can suggest one of your own, and we will have the files set up for printing according to their specific requirements.
How do I request a design?
Do I need to provide content for my design?
It is not necessary for you to provide any content other than the information you wish to have designed. However, we will accept any supplementary components, such as logos and images (of good resolution), and use them in your design.
What are Teaching Aids?
Our Teaching Aids are physical products that assist with learning new topics or enhancing the revision of previous topics.
What age group do these cater to?
Since learning occurs at every age, and we offer a variety of Teaching Aids for different topics, our target age group varies.

What type of designs can I personalize?
You can personalize products that we offer on our products page as well as some of the monthly specials we offer. You can even have an item of yours be personalized under special terms and conditions.
Return & Refund Policy
Sometimes we are not 100% satisfied with our purchase after we’ve received it, and that’s OK. You can feel free to return the product once it meets all the criteria required for returns and refund.
Please ensure that you have read the Return and Refund Policy thoroughly and understood the conditions and fees applicable.
Return & Refund Conditions
Products to be returned must be in original packaging or a fee of 20% of the paid value will be applied. Products must not be used or damaged. Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase. All product returns are subjected to a 10% restocking fee and delivery charges are not refunded. We do not accept returns from third party distributors.
Return & Refund Time Frame
You can return a product within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
This means you have 7 days after you purchased your digital product or 7 days after you have received your physical product in which you can return your item.
Returns
Items returned within 7 days after purchase or delivery and are in good condition (as specified in the conditions above), will be refunded store credit. To obtain another form of payment, contact us for a Return Authorization Number, which will be valid for 15 days after confirmation of eligibility is received.
