RETURN & REFUND POLICY FOR RENREISHAD LIMITED
Sometimes we are not 100% satisfied with our purchase after we’ve received it, and that’s OK. You can feel free to let us know via email that you want to return the product once it meets all the criterion required for returns and refund.
Time Frame
You can return a product within 7 days of purchase or delivery. This means you have 7 days after you have received your physical product in which you can return your item. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Conditions
Products to be returned must be in original packaging and in the same condition that you received it, or a fee of 20% of the paid value will be applied. Products must not be used or damaged. Products must have the receipt or proof of purchase. All product returns are subjected to a 10% restocking fee and delivery charges are not refunded. We do not accept returns from third party distributors. Downloadable products and gift cards are non-returnable. Items not in original packaging may only be given a partial refund. Sale items cannot be refunded, only regular price items may be refunded.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, items returned within 7 days after purchase or delivery and are in good condition (as specified in the conditions above), will be refunded store credit. To obtain another form of payment, contact us for a Return Authorization Number, which will be valid for 15 days after confirmation of eligibility is received.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at renreishad@gmail.com to send your item.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
